Hi all,

I'm really pleased to announce that I have been promoted to Apprentice Instructor Level 3 in both, Jun Fan Gung Fu - Jeet Kune Do & Filipino Martial Arts under Guro David Onuma founder of Combined Fighting Systems.

It is a real honor to be part of the CFS Instructor family & also to be CFS Hertfordshire Rep, anyone who knows Guro D knows his high standards & attention to all the details, I enjoy training with Guro D emmensely & never mind how hard physically or mentally I find some things or how much I sweat all over the place, you can never get that GRIN off my face... hell YEAH!!!
